Objective:

To develop innovative, value-added denim garment collections that showcase the company's fabric capabilities and support business growth.

Position Overview:

The NIFT Designer will be responsible for garment design, denim collection development, trend research, garment construction, wash development, product presentation, and cross-functional coordination with the Product Development (PD), Sampling, Washing, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research the latest denim fashion trends, styles, washes, and finishes.
• Develop innovative denim garment collections, including jeans, jackets, shirts, and overshirts.
• Prepare garment sketches, technical drawings, measurement charts, and tech packs.
• Coordinate with PD, Sampling, and Washing teams for sample development and wash trials.
• Convert new denim fabric developments into attractive, market-oriented garment collections.
• Support Marketing in customer presentations, exhibitions, and collection development.
• Maintain design records, sample tracking, and garment development documentation.
• Ensure design feasibility, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Required Skills:

Denim garment design, wash knowledge, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, creativity, and strong coordination skills.
