Position Overview:

The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying, managing, and preparing tender submissions for various government and private projects. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills to ensure timely and accurate tender documentation and compliance with all relevant requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Tender Identification and Analysis:

• Research and identify relevant tender opportunities in government and private sectors.
• Evaluate tender requirements and feasibility in coordination with management.

Documentation and Submission:

• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents, including technical and financial proposals.
• Ensure that all required documents, certifications, and compliance details are up to date and accurate.
• Coordinate with departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Legal) for input and approvals.

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure all submissions comply with the tender specifications and standards.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of tender regulations and industry standards.

Communication and Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between the company and tender authorities.
• Follow up with clients or agencies regarding submitted tenders.

Reporting and Monitoring:

• Maintain a tender database, tracking submission dates, outcomes, and lessons learned.
• Generate regular reports on tender activity and success rates.

Market Intelligence:

• Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies and pricing trends.
• Provide insights to improve tender success rates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in tender management or similar roles, preferably in the manufacturing or polymer industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with government e-procurement portals and tender processes.

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
